Panasonic Blu-ray recorder connection to a wireless network

Hi All I have just bought a new Panasonic DMR-BW780 recorder. It has a lan connectiono on the rear but my router is in the next room and it is not possible to run a cable that far. Can I connect it wirelessly using a converter of some descriotion? Regards Andy
