panasonic 5 year warranty...

still havnt got my cert from pana , i sent in the sale receipt and filled in form , stamped by the store , it was sent by recorded delivery , should have been with pana uk by the 23rd -24th of january , well before the 31st jan cut off point , i have emailed pana twice , and was told there was a backlog sorting out the warrantys , last reply was about a month ago , and still no cert ? anyone else still waiting ?

Any luck with your 5 Year Warranty certificate? You will definately receive it soon as ive had allot of customers in the same situation as you that have not received it. After speaking to the warranty department at Panasonic, the reason as you know already is that they are so inundated with lots of warranty paperwork to go through that they are running well over the 40 days turn around that was stated on the form. I hope they get it sorted soon as the Free 5 Year Warranty has started up again on the new models, lol.

For those who are waiting for the Free Blu Ray Disc Movie promotion that ran over December, i would advise ringing up Panasonic and make sure that you are eligible and were sucessful with the application as they had to cut the promotion short of the expiry date due to that they totally sold out of all the promo blu ray discs. Fingers crossed!
