Hi,

I was delivered this the other day (£599 from JL!) and have set it up as a second monitor on my PC with a dvi to hdmi cable so i can watch HD content on my computer on the big screen. However I don't think the settings are quite right as the text is difficult to read and this is affecting the picture slightly. I remember seeing somewhere that this might be becasue the horizontal and vertical refresh rates aren't quite right. Has anybody got this similar setup with perfect results? It's currently set to 1280x720 resolution with a geforce 8600GTS graphics card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

yeah i tried that initially but that gives a squashed aspect ratio. when i plugged the hdmi cable in, that was the resolution it chose and the aspect ratio is fine. can't really explain what it looks like, but the text is just messy round the edges. anybody own this tv and have it hooked up to an HTPC?
