Onkyo 609 skipping a frame?

Hello,

Wonder if anyone has any ideas.

I have a Onkyo Nr609 and a Panny VT30 (42")

everything is on latest firmware.

When i playback files from any of my 4 media players (med8e8er, popcorn hours, wdlive etc) the picture seems to skip a frame. Its tough to describe but seems to happen at least once every 60 seconds and is easy to spot on slow panning shots.

Have played with a few options (more than i care to mention) media players direct to TV is fine so happy to rule TV out. Blu-rays, games and HD TV content seems fine. I would even say that all 1080p content is fine its just 720p that i think causes the issue.

Any ideas?

I believe there was a software update for this.

Hi Frank,

I have the latest firmware but it has done it since day one.

I dont seem to be alone in the world either http://www.avforums.com/forums/onkyo-products/1574646-onkyo-tx-nr609-owners-thread-part-2-a.html has various upset people.

Granted many happy users but still a few unhappy
