Just got home and mine still hasn't turned up and I am gutted.

If it does not arrive tomorrow I will have to contact the helpline I think.

I phoned help line and was told that i had not received my copy because i had cancelled my direct debit,eventhough i have three more copies to come from my subscription.Not very happy then to be told that there was not any stock left and i would have to wait untill more stock was avaliable-NOT HAPPY.

Well, I haven't received my copy either, but I think that is normal when the post is going over sea.

If not, why's there no strapline on the cover to alert readers to the gift?

PS 'It's an outrage!' in quotes is actually meant to be a jocular reference to one of the catch-phrases from The Mighty Boosh, a popular BBC3 - or is it BBC4? - comedy programme. And while on the subject, where the hell is Boosh series 4???!!!!
