Odd sound on Sky+ through amp? Please help

Routing my sky through my denon 4306 on DBS dolby PLII sound is fine until I select the sky menu system, when I select the menu white noise comes from the right front speaker and only that speaker? Can any body help as I can't find anything i've done wrong in the set up of amp or skybox. Any help would be great Rob

How is it connected? I would check the obvious i.e. connections and also try another source e.g. DVD player etc. on that input to try and pin point where the problem lies.
