No output sound on Yamaha RX-797 when I plug the headphones.

For about 2 days that when I connect the headphones to the yamaha amplifier I have no audio output, or it only plays on one side, does anyone know the cause of this problem? The headphones work well on other devices. Thank you

Sounds like the Yamaha's headphone socket, or its connection to the circuit board, is the cause of your intermittentcy.
Ease of repair depends on ease of access to it.
