Well, from a bit of research, it looks to me like the centre that would match the 773e speakers is the 77C1 - this is only going to be available secondhand now, but would allow you to use a 5.1 setup (by adding a sub as well) using the existing 773e speakers as fronts and 760 speakers as rears. You'd then need a suitable AV receiver to add into this which has pre-outs for the front two speakers. There's a lot of choice in this area, but setting aside £500 for the secondhand centre speaker and an appropriate subwoofer, this leaves a bit less than £500 for the AV receiver - the Sony STR-2400ES springs to mind - it has the full set of necessary pre-outs and is currently £400 from Richer Sounds.

With this setup, you can still enjoy music via your CD player connected to your Cyrus amp (and the Mission 773e speakers also still connected into the Cyrus) so music will be unaffected, but by connecting the AV receiver into the Cyrus via the pre-outs, you can connect the other speakers and your PS3 to the AV receiver and enjoy 5.1 sound from DVDs / games and HD audio from Blu-Rays.
