New Television for Digital Switchover

We're trying to sort out new equipment for a relative for the DSO.

We've seen this TV can anyone tell me if it's any good and is it a good price?

Not sure whether to leave the 5 year warranty or not, I personally don't usually bother but what would be your thoughts?

We're already hoping to get a Humax 9300T hard disc recorder to replace the video player as that's got good reviews it's just trying to find the right television.
