Hi, I am looking to purchase a new subwoofer to replace my Jamo 200 which is connected to a Onkyo Sr606 with Q Acoustics 1010i's making the rest of the 5.1 set up, has anyone got any recomendations towards the budget end of the market?

Well i would say it depends on your budget, but to be honest its obvious get a Q Acoustics 2070i Sub to match the rest of your system as near as possible for less than £250. Alternatively go for a BK sub, which is probably better value & would give better performance.
