New stylus for Dual 503-1

Hi, I am totally lost on what I actually need. Please help.
I've been looking at the Ortofon DN165E. Will this work?? If not , what do you suggest? Maximum budget of £100 preferably less.

Hi, I have an old Dual 503-1 turntable. I think the cable that connects it to the amp id damaged. Every now and again I get a hum from the left speaker.
Question is; is it worth trying to fix or should I replace?? I am on a lower budget only due to time of use. I also have a Rank Domus turntable gifted to me that doesn't seem to work. Again any ideas?

Hi, yes this has been talked about. New belt fitted, cables checked an ready to go. Well, nearly. I'm still unsure about stylus choice so I came back for more advice.

Ok, so I have just sealed a deal on a brand new Ortofon dn165e for nearly half price . Hopefully its what I need!!
