New speakers, stands AND blu tack

Not ideal placement I'll admit, but once we move I'll be able to do something about that. The stands made a big difference to just having L/R on the floor. Thanks to everyone here for all the advice in getting me this far!

Not the ideal speaker placement as suggested but you can always change this - it isn't easy when you're dealing with a corner placement and matching with other furniture!

Isn't that lamp a bit distracting when watching the TV? Get rid of that, shove the TV a bit further over to the left to centralise it between the speakers a bit more.

Would love to centralise it a bit more, but right now there's a sub behind there and a mess of wiring. We're renting for now until we buy later this year so I've already put my requirements on the list for proper separation, wall mounting the TV, add extra sockets etc.
