I would use the phono stage on the Luxman but i cant have my TT close enough to do that. I have to have the phono stage with the turntable. I've not long realised that you can only send a line level signal down a long interconnect otherwise it sounds pretty naff.

I'm using a fono mini at the moment but i like the look of the new Fono.

Ah ok. New casework certainly. (To match the new look TT-PSU)

Not sure how 'new' it is inside though.

I see the designer - Terry Bates - is still leaving messages inside his creations

(I like "Best used with EL84 valves" inside the Rega DAC.)
