New pc build

Hi guys,
I am building new pc for music making and video editing. I am a beginner in all this and my budget is around 1400euros.
I would like to record electric guitar and make basic rock songs and also short videos for Youtube, nothing fancy. Can you please recomend me should I go with Amd or Intel? This is my main concern at the start.

Don't worry about the CPU unless you have a favourite,
There are many stores that do Music and video PCs which you can use to give you an idea of what to look for, (Or just buy a pre-built one) also don't forget you will need an audio interface to connect to the computer so that you can plug your guitar and mike in. (Scan computers UK is a good place to start)
Don't forget the Mac Mini as well, as you can easily get a suitable one within your budget. (There are plenty of You Tube videos showing how to choose the best one for the job)

I plan to pick an interface as soon as I buy a pc, just wanted to know if there is a big difference between amd and Intel in my price range.
