CPU problem

Hi, I recently bought a new prebuild PC (normally I build them myself) but I am having some problems with my CPU, When I am gaming it is always on 100% and not making my games perform well, anyone else have this problem? I tried serveral thing like reinstalling OS and drivers, changing power plan, etc etc im out of ideas hopefully someone here can help me These are my specs:
RTX 3060 TI
Intel I5-9600K 3.6
16GB ram
motherboard: Gigabytte B365M H

You'd need to look at Task Manager to find out what process is hogging CPU. Easier to do if you have 2 monitors.
Basically, Google will be your friend, because there are several possible causes.
