New CD-Player...any good?

I have the following dillema,

I play CD's with my BD-player SONY BDP-S300 update version 5.1. connected on my Yamaha RX-497. (Thanx to user 'EAR' I learned to use my loudness and improved my sound.)

Now my question for further improvement: Will a dedicated CD player soud much better? If so what to choose:

1. NAD 545

2. Marantz SA 7003

3. Yamaha cdx-497 (because I have already a Yammie receiver)

It should make a big difference. Add into the list you have the rega apollo.
