I am buying new rack solidsteel s3-3 model italy made. But color available is only wallnut not black should i buy it. my sony oled is wall mounted. Will wallnut color have reflection issues from tv light? and strain eyes?

Buy something in black if that's what you need.
However I fail to see how a dark wood is going to offer up reflection issues.

i have tiles on floor cream color sony oled is wallmounted . i would place rack just near sockets

There is plenty of shops that sell them, why don’t you just buy from another shop that has black if you are buying new?

I doubt as "AI ears" said it will offer up reflections.

I can go further than that as I have a beach wood entertainment cabinet directly below a TV which even as a brighter colour doesn't reflect any light being a nonreflective ruff surface as wood is it absorbs more light.

What can be a problem though with walnut (even treated) is fading or bleaching as it's sometimes called in sunlight especially if direct ie near a window etc.

i am from india bro. i am getting s2-3 black at half rate of s3-4. i dont want 4 shelves as i would put centre on top of it. much difference between quality s2 and s3?

I doubt it for an AV rack. I would probably go cheaper, they both look nice.

If it is matt finished wood as the images above suggest then I doubt you’d be bothered by reflections. Inevitably you may get some scatter but I’m sure you’d soon not notice, unless you turn off every light source - I prefer background lighting but we are all different!

Our 55” OLED TV sits on a mid-shade oak unit and we get no reflection of light that I’ve ever noticed.

Apparently the S4 range has wider shelf space than the S3 range and can hold more equipment than the slim ranges.
