hello i am looking for help buying a DAB system.

i would like a DAB system with AUX in and great sound. somthing that has good bass and is clear.

i have a budget of £300 but i can go slightly over if need be.

if you could help me it would be much appreciated.

Are you wanting just the system or the system with speakers?

If just the system I can highly recommend the Marantz CR603 and you should get one 2nd hand/es demo for around that price... See here (select used: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Marantz-Melody-Network-Receiver-MCR603/dp/B004CLRR18/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1357580053&sr=8-1

If youre after a system with speakers then take a look for a Denon DM38; has Aux in and Aux out; again see here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Denon-DM38-Hi-Fi-System-Silver/dp/B003TS0ZXW/ref=pd_sim_sbs_ce_3

A suggestion for speakers would be these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/WHARFEDALE-DIAMOND-10-0-SPEAKERS-BLACK/dp/B0032B77U0/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1357580298&sr=1-2

But 2nd hand via eBay, Gumtree, PreLoved or other hifi forums will probably get you more bang for your buck 🙂

that great mate. very handy i do like.

i dont mind seperate parts but if i could see what the all-in-one system with built in speakers looks like. to compare.

Not sure if anyone does an all in one with built in speakers to match your budget

B&W do the Zepplins and now the A5 & A7 and Arcam do the rCube but unsure if they're DAB and have aux ins..

personally my money would be on the suggestions above as they've hell of a lot more versatility and you can pick/choose speakers to suit best 🙂

well i like the sound of that mate. chears on the help very handy
