Need advice on DacMagic

I want to improve the quality of my squeezebox and looking at buying DacMagic, in this regard I have few questions and forgive me for my ignorance but I am not in hifi world.

Does it sound good if I directly connect to speakers.

I have Rega brio which doesn't have optical in, can I connect analogue and will it sound as good as optical

I will connect my squeezebox classic via optical cable to dac.

Most of my collection is either 320kb files or flac, is it worth buying dac magic to use with SB3 and Rega or I would need to change few more components.

you will connect the SB3 to the DAC magic by either Coax or optical and then connect the DAC magic to the amp via a good set of Analogue interconnects.

I can tell the difference between the SB3 analogue outs and when sending it via the DM.
