Naim's vs Arcam's sound - how do they compare?

Due a 'windfall' in a few months, so I'm considering upgrading my CDP & tuner. Then again, I'm tempted by the NaimUniti.

However, as a longterm (20+ yrs) Arcam-ite, will I find Naim's sound too 'bright' & 'cold', or is the Uniti worth a demo?

Any advice much appreciated.
