Does anyone with the same amplifier have the same problem that it just turns on randomly?

Sometimes when I get home I discover that the amplifier is on and warm, so it must have been on during the day.
Sometimes it turns on when I just open the app spotify, and I have not started to cast the music to the amplifier yet.

This is really annoying....

If you turn it off at the mains this cannot happen.
Is anyone else able to use it during the day?
To quote Darko :-
"There is one potentially useful option on this screen which is to let other people, like guests, stream to your device. Chromecast transmission isn’t lossy in the way Bluetooth is. I have mine set to OFF just in case the Barn mice decide to throw a rager when I’m not around."

if it's turning on from standby it must sense an input or it's faulty.

Could be wear on the remote buttons causing intermittent contact.
If it is connected to the net then any signal that matches the component can switch it on if the code happens to match.
Have you had anything new lately that has a remote, as its possible the code for turn that on is the same as your component.
If none of the above applies, then it could be a software bug which needs to be reported to the manufacture.

I do not understand the quote from Darko...

Manufacturer tells me that it has to be connected to the network properly or it till turn on by utself. And I can check if it has been connected properly, by checking the software version. If it is below 1.76 then it has not been connected. My amp is setup properly and have access to the network but still the software is 1.40...

On the PC side of things, you can remotely setup your network ethernet to turn on your PC from standby.
I just my assumption, you have this feature on your NAD and somehow you have activated it, check your settings.

Hi, are you not living in the area with high main voltage fluctuations in electricity network? Those fluctuation could cause such turning on/off.

It could be network activity or mice having a rager with your music collection. But Occam’s Razor, and the least number of assumptions, would suggest poltergeist or other lost souls trying to call out for help.
