NAD S200

Does anyone have an opinion on the S200 power amp?, and will it be an improvement on my 2*C-270 power amps?

I think...Yes, in fact it better than many power amp around that price at the time. It was Nad first attempt to tackle the higher end market and rumour has it that the S200 share many common design with the awesome Gryphon Taboo.

if I remember rightly it was rrp at £1500.

This was part of their high-end Silverline series wasn't it? I think they still command good prices on the used market too - very impressive equipment I thought (and classy looking too with the understated design).

One was on ebay at a buy it now of £350, but when i saw it that option had gone and the final sale price was £450. If I had seen it first.....
