Having been out of the hi-fi loop for a few years i decided to get my Pioneer PD-S705 out of the cuboard were it been sat for 7 years.

I orginally sold my amp & speakers years ago but just couldn't let my beloved CD player go so was packed up & put away.

Now while i have the room again it's time to let her sing again well hopefully lol.

I've already bought a few meters of QED silver anniversary speaker cable.

QED Qunex 2 connectors

Alphason Akros II-60D stands, sand filled

And a lovley pair of Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 75th anniversary edition speakers.

But im stuck on which amp to get which one out of the NAD or Cambridge Audio would suite my CD & speakers better.

or I am willing to consider something else, thou i am on a budget because of the new baby.

i favour the nad on this one.the ca 340 is a nice amp but quite foreward sounding whereas the nad is smoother but detailed sounding amp.nice speakers by the way.
