My TV has just developed a fault, 3 days under a year old

Just had my fans replaced on my VT for the second time under warranty... always worth getting things repaired unlike Gel, it's an excuse to upgrade

Yep they sure did. Panasonic service was second to none and came out within a week and replaced them.

Glad they gave me the 6 year warranty, and have 2 years left after this November, although the TV does get some hammer!

Swapped out the main board back on the wall and just the same. Doesn't sound like there are any spares in stock either so let's see where they take it from here.

It's a lot of TV for the money and as Gel mentioned not sure what I could get even with a full refund. 3D, UHD, HDR and DV, would hate to lose 3D.

Looks like they are going to offer me an exchange just waiting for the details to come through. They said is would not be a lesser model and I asked if that means the replacement would have the same feature set including UHD, HDR and 3D and they said it should so here's hoping.

They've offered me a 2017 model 65SJ950V in exchange which has DV and HLG but no 3D . I've raised this with them and will have to see what they come back with.

I think you will struggle to get one with 3D. Most manufacturers have stopped making 3D TVs.

None of the 2017 models have 3D but when you have a collection of discs and a 3D subscription it's frustrating. I understand that 3D on OLED is supposed to be amazing but i can let others share their experiences. In the interim they have made an offer subject to stock and sign-off which i have accepted in the form of an OLED65B7 which is a 2017 model with HLG. I feel 3D still has legs but if most peoples experience is sub par then the've doomed it.

received a call today and they are delivering and fitting the OLED65B7 this Friday.
