got home to find my HD box has packed up - no power (checked the fuse) I phoned sky and signed up to service cover only to find out its a reconditioned box! any advice will my picture be dependant on the make of box? what should I get the engineer to do to ensure my picture is perfect. I have a big set 50'' and already I notice the freesat HD on my VT20 is not as good as the sky box!!!
