MUSICAL FIDELITY X-DAC

I have seen plenty of used ones around lately and am interested to know how it would perform compared to a DacMagic? It's almost half the price, infact even a new V-Dac is cheaper than the DacMagic (but I love the look of the X-Dac).

Has anyone experienced the MF / both?

No direct experience, but if I had the correct connectivity, I would get one, based on the build of the X range and the MF DAC in my X-CANV8P. It is detailed but lacks the oomph I get with my Firestone DAC.
