Musical Fidelity M3i or the Naim XS?

I am still looking for a good amp for my Kudos Cardea C2s. I have auditioned other alternatives and find Naim a good match, but how would the MF M3i stack up against it. I can get it a bit cheaper than the naim as well, but has anyone compared the two? I don't have that option I'm afraid.

So, M3i or XS?

I can add that I have tried the Primare I30 and it is a bit dull for my usage, compared to the Nait 5i I tested it sound a bit laidback and unenvolving.

Looks good, as I understand things the MF and Naim amp are pretty close soundwise with the MF cutting things a bit sharper and more direct while the Nait is a bit smoother and not the same attack/impulse-response in the treble and midbass.

Only things that worries me is the low damping factor on the MF-amp.

Another thing is the lesser RCA-inputs of the XS as there are few DACs with DIN output.
