monitor audio GR60 instructions/manual/help

Hi, does anyone have a link/advise for instructions for monitor audio GR60 speakers.

am after any positioning advice, and advise about the 3 sets of speaker connection on each speaker, ie what to connect in a bi-amp setup,

I must say a big jump in poise, refinement and bass and goodbye to brightness over my B&W 602 s3

have 2 pair of chord oydessy 2 and 4 cable. and a pair of wireworld 2-4 speaker cable.

and unreleated, does anyone know if its a big jump in quality from Marantz CD67 mk11 SE to Marantz CD 63 MK11 signiture CD player.

Hi, thanks for the link, nothing in there about the GR60s. any thoughts about the cd players.
