Monitor Audio BX - 10% price increase?

As subject states. How come the entire Monitor Audio BX range has increased by 10%? I purchased the BX2 and BX Centre earlier in the year and was looking to get the BXFX as a present for my birthday in a few weeks.

All sites now have them as £250 instead of £225?

I thought prices usually come down not up?

They were £250 at launch and when WHF first reviewed them last year.

I have £200 worth of Amazon vouchers that I was hoping to use. Guess im going to have tp pay the extra to use those as all the retailers who stock them and accept amazon vouchers as payment have increased their price.

Prices only come down at the end of a production run, or with discounts in package deals at dealer discretion. Prices pretty much always go up.
