Mixing monitor audio dome tweeters with ribbon

Hi, I have a pair of Monitor Audio GS200's, a centre GSFX and a REL R-505 Sub running on a Yamaha RX-A2040. Can I use a pair of PL100 as rears? They have a ribbon tweeter as opposed to the dome on the GS model. It's just that I'm hoping to upgrade to PL300's one day and want to get these PL100's in first. Thank you

and secondly it doesnt matter whether your rears have ribbon or dome tweeters because you say your going to upgrade anyway.

Thank you for your reply. My upgrade could be some time away. So I wanted to make sure if these would work.
