mirage speakers???

hey everyone! a friend of mine is selling a pair of mirage omni 60 bookshelfs speakers. i have listened to them n liked their sound just wondering wat everyones opinion is on them. they would run off an NAD C542 player and NAD C352 amp thanks.....

Yes, they'd run off the NADs no problem at all. Very interesting little speakers, now discontinued but when I reviewed some of the company's other products yonks back I was pretty impressed with the way the 'omni' system worked.

Even the pair of Omnisats I have at home somewhere sound pretty good - even more impressive when you know I made them myself on the production line in Toronto during a factory visit. Jetlagged. After a heavy night. Hamfisted didn't come into it...
