hi

I have a 3-way[with tweeter, midrange & woofer drivers] bass reflex YAMAHA 7390 speaker system. I noticed that for music as well as movies, only tweeter & woofer are working. No sound comes from the midrange driver!!!!!

Need advice.

Thx

Well it suggests that either they're incorrectly connected - do they, for example have multiple sets of terminals, and not all are connected - or there is a fault somewhere. But it would be unusual for both speakers to have the same problem if there was a fault.

Of course, it could be that you're using the speakers in a surround system, and most of the midrange stuff - voices and dialogue, for example - is being steered to the centre speaker.
