I have an A/V receiver conected to my monitor audio RX6 speakers. I would like to improve my hifi and I was thinking in buying an Audiolab MDAC but I do not know if buying the roksan caspian m2 power amplifier using the pre amp of the mdac, or the m2 integrated amp using the pre of the integrated as its partner.

The mdac will be conected to my laptop (foobar2000).

Thank you for your answers.

Have a nice day.

Hi,

I can not help you with your specific question but I am not sure if the caspian is a good match for your speakers, I have heard the combination a few times while looking for speakers myself and found the sound a little fatiguing to my tastes.

If you have heard the combination and the sound is what you are after then I am sure some one will answer , I know the Kandy has a sync system for av systems but I do not thing the Caspian does.

Have fun

Thank you for your answer, but what do you mean with "sound a little fatiguing"? too bright?, too bass? poor instrument separation?

Do you think kandy power amp suit better? Any other amp recommendation for my rx6 + rxw-12 sub?

Thank a lot.
