May 2009 issue

Can someone please tell me whether there was a regular May 2009 issue of the magazine - ie not the "Ultimate guide" issue that came out in May. As a subscriber I have not received the May issue in the post, but I'm sure that I saw it in the shops. I have contacted the subscriptions department but they keep on sending me the Ultimate guide issue - I have just received the fourth one!

Yes there was a regular May issue, and very sorry a) you haven't received it and b) our fulfillment agency has let you down.

Please email us (with subscriber no. if possible; otherwise just your name and address) and we'll get you out an issue ASAP.

I can assure you it will - it comes direct to us, whereas subs one goes to an external agency....(one that's on notice at present).
