I directly auditioned these against each other a while back and prefer the NAD.
You really need to try them both on a demo and see because they do offer a slightly different perspective to my mind.

NAD = warmer / smoother sounding with more bass depth
Marantz = detailed and bright

You will generally get a split decision on forums like this as to which is best as is depends on what music you like and how you like it to be presented.

You should audition both amps with your speakers, anyway I'd go for PM6002. I replaced my ten years old PM68 with it and I'm very satisfied. I hear massive improvements especially with rock, which with my former Marantz amp tended to sound flat and somewhat lifeless .

As has been said it depends on what you like and to some extent your musical taste. Audition both along with the other suggestions using CD's you know well.

Which one is better?

Have you considered other brands? The likes of Cambridge, Arcam (ex-dem or s/h) or even Rotel would make good alternatives.

What does the rest of your kit consist of? This could be essential regarding your final decision.
