Seasons Greetings all

Looking for an amp to pair with Monitor Audio BX2s. Speakers chosen above Zensor 1 or 2020i for extra bass. Looking to spend c£350ish. Do not need CD or DAB etc and networking/streaming very important. Seen some excellent bundles on both the marantz and denon. On paper not much between them, but as will not likely be abe to try before I buy, looking for the expertise of forum users to help.

Thanks!

While the BX2's are fairly easy to drive, I'd recommend the MCR510 as it has a bit more power on tap to get more out of them. It is essentially as good as an MCR610 but without the CD and dual speaker outputs.

OK - change of plans. I was able to listen to a range of speakers yesterday (they didn't have the BX2s but had Concept 20s) and came to the conclusion that only a pair of floorstanders gives me enough bass kick. Which I'm now going to have to save for!

If I buy the MCR510 now, will I be able to pair with eg. some secondand Kef Q500s or new 2050i in the future?
