Marantz CD-67 mkII Original SE - Help!

Hi there, I need to replace the laser cartridge in my rather aged Marantz. I have trawled the internet and have come across the Philips VAM1202. Is this the best thing to replace it with or could I do better???

Hi There,

I replaced the laser assembly on my Marantz cd63SE last year.
The philips VAM1202 is the correct one for your machine too.

It's easy enough to replace if your OK with a soldering iron.

Alternatively, if that puts you off, the same player is around £50 or possibly less secondhand. Nice unit too.
