Marantz AirPlay upgrade problems???

Anybody else having issues upgrading their marantz with AirPlay. The marantz web page keeps telling me my MAC address is incorrect??? Another thing is the marantz web page tells me my serial number should start with either MZ or 20 followed by 12 numbers but it starts with 33 and there isn't any 2 and barely any 1's in it???
