Marantz 6011 pre out

Hi I'm trying to use a Cyrus Power X to drive my Dynaudio Focus 110's as a 2nd set of fronts.
I have the Marantz set in 7.1 + Front B mode. But the pre outs don't seem to be active in Height 2, where the 110's are set to go out from. Im connected to the Cyrus not the Marantz.

So Ive connected the Cyrus to the main pre outs which works but
I get both sets of speakers when I select speaker A, just the 110's when I select B

The Cyrus turns its self on when I just select B

Is there a way to turn the Pre outs on out go Height 2?

Or do I need to use the Zone 2 amp assign?
