Malfunctioning Nakamichi Amplifer 2

Hi, I just joined to post this question, hope its ok? I have a Nakamichi Amplifer 2 (probably bought for around £400 in 1991). After very good service one of the channels is playing up (crackly, cuts out etc). Someone who knows far more than me suggests it’s beyond economic commercial repair, however it would be salveagble by someone who is handy with a soldering iron. I’m happy to donate it anyone who might want it rather than put it in a skip. It’s got a working remote. I’m in West London and can provide more info if anyone cares to get in touch or has any ideas.

if it wasn't malfunctioning before the service then maybe it wsn't that good a service?

Maybe you should be taking it back and complaining rather than writing it off?

perhaps ebay is your best bet, s long as you sell it as it is.
