Just put THIS together and I'm wondering if it will be loud enough?

Probably too loud. Have you blocked the route to that fire door? When your ears bleed and you need to run for cover that could be a problem.

And whenever I've heard that system it's been very polite, albeit with a slightly 'quacky' coloration to vocals.
