Looking for informations about Sherwood and Proton

A friend gave me a Pronton 550 amplifier and a Sherwood SP 750 loudspeakers (2.1 passive system).

I can not find information about the characteristics of these models.

Does someone knows about theses appliances ?

Sherwood used to make budget kit a la Bush, Grundig a few years ago.

Yeah from what i know it's always been around the budget arena.

How does it sound? Any good or are you asking with regards to looking to upgrade?

Well I know what they both are, and without sounding overly pretentious, they are quite poor by hi-fi standards...you could certainly do better for the £50 you could sell it all for!
