Hi, My Harmony One developed a fault - thin lines appeared across the top of the screen where the battery indicator is, along with 4 blobs where icons are. I emailed Logitech customer service to report the problem and after email communication with firmware and software updates not solving the issue, the agent authorised a replacement remote to be sent to me F.O.C. The remote is beyond guarantee period and the replacement was offered straight away. The replacement was tracked and arrived as promised. No fuss, no drawn out battles - just customer service. Excellent. Cheers, Cofnchtr.

+1 for Logitech customer service. Had a fault with the screen on my Squeezebox Classic, out of warranty. They shipped me a new one within a few days.

(I still use the faulty one, controlled from either the new working one, the web, or via my phone.)
