I am thinking of buying some second hand Linn Kit.

Am thinkin a Linn Ikemi into a Linn Klout power amp.

Would this be a powerful and musical sounding system.

Musical taste is rock and pop.

I love soundstage and have heard this combo is great value on 2nd hand market.

Or would you advise a Karik with Numerik??

Or even a Genki.

I love Linns sound as I have a classik into a LK140 and it kicks butt at rock music.

Thaiman I borrowed a Linn Klout and paired it with the Linn Classik and it was better than the Exposures. I have now sold them and even made a profit.

I am looking at Linn Kit.

Seriously Thaiman you have to check out the Classik paired with a Klout. Amazing for less than £1400.

Really musical and engaging. Soundstage is really open - Like a concert hall.

Thinkin of an Ikemi to pair up with Klout via the classik pre amp.

Even shelled out some new cds - Winds of Plague, Parkway Drive, Blood Redemption.

I think Linn makes a good rock system period!!!

Hi Rich51080, I've got an Ikemi, Kolektor, LK140 and LK85 set up. I use it to listen to everything from Classical to Heavy Metal, I have no problems with it playing anything, did think at one point that the Bass was a bit light on Andrew W.K. but have since come to the conclusion that it was actually room/speaker interaction and it has partly been solved by mass loading the speakers.
