Lg smart tv keeps losing signal

Hi

only 4 months old so very frustrating.

it keeps losing the signal when watching sky or playing on the Ps4

lg coming to take the set away to look at it next week but this means no tv for a while.

i can temporarily solve it by unplugging everything then removing the hdmi cables and then reconnecting.

Any help or guidance would be really appreciated

I am really annoyed about this as Currys and Lg customer services really don't give a damn.

I am considering emailing Lg Direct and see if I get any joy.
 
LG will not do anything, as your contract is with the retailer. According to Sale of Goods Act, Currys have a chance to put things right. If the repair attempt doesn't solve the problem, they will have to refund you.

I'm quite surprised that you're 268 posts old on this forum and haven't read about buying from John Lewis, Richer Sounds, Sevenoaks etc. for superior customer service instead of Currys.

you are right , I only buy my hifi equipment from my specialist dealer but a tv does not really interest me that much. ............we learn from our mistakes.

Trouble with Currys is they want to come and take it away to fix it. I am trying to avoid this
