Late Evening Listening

This is a similar post to 'Sparrow's'.

I enjoy listening to music late at night while on my computer so obviously I use headphones. I currently use my mp3 player as source but I want something better now.

I am considering a Cambridge Audio Azur 640C v2 CD player with a Project Headbox MkII amplifier. My headphones are Audio Technica ATH900.

Good combo or not?

Why not try the Musical Fidelity X-Can V3 headphone amp first?
