Looking to replace my iq2c with preferably and iq6c, but now discontinued, so may have to plum for an iq60c.

Ideally wanted the iq6c to match my other speakers, but does anyone know if the iq60c will be OK or am i better hunting around for the iq6c. Are there any major differences between the 2 ?

I had a iQ6c and had to recently replace it with a iQ60c due to the vinyl on the base of the iQ6c coming away and I was offered a repair or a new iQ60c as KEF no longer had any iQ6c in Walnut so I opted for the new iQ60.

Visually both iQ6c and iQ60c use exactly the same cabinet with the only visible differance with the cover on being a newer KEF badge (iI got to keep my old grill for this reason) The drive units have been upgraded in the iQ60c with the tweeter no having the tangerine cover to help disperse the high frequencies better, the bass units also offer slightly more scope. All in all the iQ60 is a better speaker than the iQ6c and is also bi-wireible where the iQ6c was not.

Thanks, and did the iq60c integrate well with the rest of your setup. Was there any issues running alongside the older iq9's ?

It intergrated with the rest of my older iQ range perfectly but now giving a better vocal balance to the front sound stage.
