Natural has the ambi at full brightness. Try using "game"

Personally I like ambilight, it certainly adds to films with the lights turned down. However, the real issue with Philips TVs is the software. Why do I have to continually reboot by removing the plug from the socket due to freezing of Netflix? Why has the most recent software update meant I've lost all sound on HD signals? As mentioned, I like ambilight, but I wouldn't purchase another Philips product.
