As per title, ITV3 HD and ITV4 HD launch on 15th November...

According to the Screen captions that have been showing on the ITV3 and 4 HD EPG 'place holders' (which are currently labelled ITV Preview 1 and ITV Preview 2) on channels 226 and 227 on Skys EPG...

Nope, they'll be pay channels just like ITV2 HD...
