iTunes not transfering all ticked songs to iPhone

I am haveing issues with transfering songs stored on my PC to my phone via iTunes, the songs are all present on the Pc and play perfectly via iTunes but when I sync my iPhone I use the tab saying to sync all checked(ticked) songs yet some fail to transfer. It's never a albub that fails only individual songs not associated with a album.

Ok, apologies for the stating-the-obvious here, but...

Have you ticked the box on opening, Summary page (under Options panel) that says Sync Only Checked Songs and Video?

Have you also then ticked the box on the Music tab that says Sync Entire Music Library?

The combination of the two should copy everything across.
